Professional, I've had bad experiences with other dealers trying to force me into buying extra stuff I didn't want or need but the dealership is straight forward. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and while the initial process was smooth and aligned with our pre-discussed plans, I re-learned the same old lesson about trusting the futuristic commitm while the initial process was smooth and aligned with our pre-discussed plans, I re-learned the same old lesson about trusting the futuristic commitments of car dealers. DON'T BELIEVE THEM. We had negotiated to address some issues with the car, and I was assured they would be resolved. However, despite having paid for the car, it remained at the dealership for an additional two weeks but didn't get fixed. When I expressed my frustration, they informed me that the service center was overwhelmed and suggested I collect the car and have the problems fixed later at a different service center, with the promise that they would cover the expenses. Unfortunately, after a month of coordinating with various service centers, the dealership reneged on their agreement, started to proposing alternative solutions. Given the circumstances, I decided not to engage in a prolonged dispute; I could make more money in a month! This experience reinforced the common wisdom I had heard about car purchases in the US: "What you see is what you get," and one should be wary of trusting a dealer's assurances. I rated this dealership three stars because their service was average—neither exceptionally bad nor outstanding. My advice to potential customers is to manage their expectations accordingly. As for my car's issues, I chose to pay for the repairs myself to avoid further complications. Additionally, I was sold an extended warranty that later proved to be of no value. My recommendation is to consider skipping such offers, they aren't worth anything. More
