This time around my experience was better. But, overall customer service needs improvement. I only got an oil change. I was told my truck needed a catalytic converter, took it for a second opinion to anoth customer service needs improvement. I only got an oil change. I was told my truck needed a catalytic converter, took it for a second opinion to another infinity dealer and was told that I don't need a catalytic converter. Everytime I go to Southbay they find something wrong to get extra money. Last year I paid almost $3,000 for something that was suppose to be a oil leak. I don't trust the technicians. My boyfriend use to go to Southbay infinity until they told him he had a oil leak, he took for a second opinion and was told his car did not have a leak. It's horrible to be lied too at such an expensive price. More
