M Weaver, Yes, thank you for bringing this to our attention, as our loaner policy is not clear or communicated well. We are working with our website developers to make some changes per your input. Until then, if you will need a loaner, please call and schedule with your service advisor, as he can then and at that point reserve a vehicle for you. As far as a loyalty program, we do offer monthly service coupons to our loyal clients through our monthly newsletter.
