They didn't top of any fluids like windshield wiper fluid, aswell as no putting the correct psi in the tires, further more they said they will wash the car which they didn't and to top it all off, ever fluid, aswell as no putting the correct psi in the tires, further more they said they will wash the car which they didn't and to top it all off, every time a oil service has been done they put a sticker on your windshield to let you know when your next oil change will be which again they didn't do, my experience felt really sloppy compared to other Infiniti dealerships that I have been to like the one at van nuys and Glendale. I've been in contact/negotiations with Mr. Molles for a few days for a non-infinity used car on their site. Mr. Molles being a very resourceful person was able to answer my questions regardin Molles for a few days for a non-infinity used car on their site. Mr. Molles being a very resourceful person was able to answer my questions regarding said vehicle. I personally have owned BMW's for several decades and Mr. Molles was very patient with my BMW-peculiar references. I have a very specific build that I've been searching for and Mr Molles' vehicle came very close to the build. I specifically asked about "ready to sell" process and he told me about their 34 point inspection process to ensure a great product. It finally came down to pricing. Based on my recent research on similar vehicles I felt confident that I could get a "fairer" deal on the vehicle; Unfortunately, as with may dealerships, the price advertised is the price they sell for. I asked him to run in by his Preowned Sales Manager (coincidentally name Michael - who I actually thought I was speaking to the whole time – my mistake) and the facility owner Kelvin. I wasn't able to confirm that he was able to reach his management team; however, Mr. Molles was very forthcoming and willing went out of his way to ensure he represented himself as an advocate for his company and his clients. However, the company did not reach out to me besides a virtual sales message; that naturally, could not meet the tangible connection that Mr. Molles presented (though, I never spoke to him on the phone. We exchanged txt and emails and he left me a "personalized" video) More
