Once I got to the dealership, Edson explained what would be happening to my car and how long it should take. Once the service was completed, he told me exactly what was fixed. My car was returned in a timely manner, and was washed. Edson is great and I have always had the best service experience with him. More
Lousy service We purchase four new tires three months ago and one of them was found to be ready to blow out last week. When we went to the dealer service, we had to wait for two hours only to find out that they did not have the replacement tire in stock. So we had to leave the car there and come back next day. Does it take two hours just to figure out that you don't have a replacement in stock? We wasted a full day. Totally unacceptable. This will be our last visit to this dealership. More
