The pricing by Marie was on point as to AAA and Costco or Truvalue. Moreover, Southbay Infiniti has reinvented itself with a smart finance guy , Eric, and the new thoughtful and engaging GM, Rob! However, without Marie as my initial interface, I would not have returned to Southbay to purchase/lease my 2nd Infiniti. Further, to my embarrassment, after 2 checks of my car, I forgot my prescription sunglasses in the roof compartment. But when I asked Southbay the day after delivery of my new Infiniti, as to whether to double check my old car, “Rudy” from service looked and retrieved my special sunglasses. Fast, Friendly and Inexpensive I just needed an oil change and a new battery. I got a pro-rated price on the battery because i only had it for 3 years. Infiniti had sent me discount I just needed an oil change and a new battery. I got a pro-rated price on the battery because i only had it for 3 years. Infiniti had sent me discount coupons for different services so I used my oil change one. My bill was less than $100. Counting writing up my order, waiting for my shuttle driver to take me home, and then paying when I returned, I spent less than 10 minutes! My car was washed and readty in an hour and 45 minutes, too. It was truly a pleasure to get my car serviced! More

Battery change My car was towed to your dealership because it wouldn’t start. After an inspection of my car from your staff I was told it was a ‘left side throttle.’ My car was towed to your dealership because it wouldn’t start. After an inspection of my car from your staff I was told it was a ‘left side throttle.’ I replaced the throttle and picked up my car after the work was done. The Rep. (I believe his name is Ever) opened my door and told me that my battery was charged overnight and I would need to replace it soon. This is at 8:30am (on my way to work). If I needed a new battery why didn’t I get a phone call from Ever prior to picking up my car. I had to go to work, but called back the same day and asked if a battery was in stock for my car. I returned to your dealership after I got off of work to get a new battery. This was very inconvenient and not what I’m used to. April, Hans, Kym and Steve would’ve handled this much better. I see why some of them are no longer here. It’s unfortunate, because I really used to enjoy coming here. More
