It seems your trying to save money by reducing the quality/availability of the snacks. This was evident during my last two visits. Plus, this visit, the coffee machine didn’t work until I reported it to the cashier and she got it to work. Also, you don’t have decaffinated coffee. I have had service done at a Lexus dealership, and their lounge/snack availability is superior. I don’t expect that level of accomodation, but some improvement is needed. More

CPO QX80 I purchased a CPO vehicle and had it shipped to me. The vehicle arrived dirty both on the inside and outside. Ever did a great job on making sure I was taken care of. We did talk about putting my front license plate holder, but it didn’t happen. Probably because I briefly mentioned it verbally and my car had bigger problems to deal with. So far, my car is feeling good. I’m still nervous about stepping on the gas and losing control again though. I’ll get over it! More
