And in doing so, we informed you that we would "try" to get a second key if possible. We did, in fact, go back through our process to see if a second key existed when we took in the vehicle. In this case, there wasn't a mistake - the key wasn't misplaced or left behind... there just wasn't a second key. We hope you find happiness knowing you purchased a great car at a great price. Thanks for reaching back out, but your statement is incorrect, I was informed that the second key was with the title that you all would be receiving and you will mail me the second key when you all received it. You yourself assured me and made it seem as if it was normal procedure. I was never told at any point in the car buying process that the second key was not with the vehicle. In fact if I didn’t ask I don’t even know if you would have disclosed this information to me.
