First let me say. The service dept reps are the definition of customer service. I give them 10 out of 10. The sales department started out great, but then turned on me before a week of dealing with a car I purchase from them. So, this car have some issues I decovered and service verfied, but the sale Mgr Eddie, tells me I bought it "as is" and he will not authorize any repair of the ball joint and some other mechanical defectors. I. He said assumed those damages and repairs when I bought the car from them. I asked him to take it back and he said then I would owe some $3000+. This is a nightmare. I went to stop my car problems not to add a new one. And the cost of the car and interest is real high. Though my credit is mess up. Very bad service on a 5 day car deal which they already had to replace a tire and kept it for an entire day. More

These guys were great start to finish. Friendly and forth coming on pricing. The car was delivered spotless and the salesman took plenty of time to explain the fun extras like Apple Play Friendly and forth coming on pricing.
