The service department was ready to take my vehicle right when I arrived. I checked in with the Assistant Service Manager, who was friendly and answered all of my questions as a brand new Infiniti owner. The when I arrived. It took two weeks to make an online appointment. My appointment was for a 5,000 mile service. It took a little over 2 hrs for this scheduled. This is the 4th leased Infiniti lease and have dealt with 4 appointment was for a 5,000 mile service. It took a little over 2 hrs for this scheduled. Great service I brought my QX50 in for service because there were some really odd things happening with the computer. They couldn't find the problem and the compute I brought my QX50 in for service because there were some really odd things happening with the computer. I'm wondering if the problems I had weren't a result of the nail in my tire shorting out things. The service staff were professional and helpful including the valet service I received. More
