Poor Purchasing Experience First off, Chris (Sales Rep) was great, but as with any car dealership when it comes to working the numbers, management gets involved. Long story sho First off, Chris (Sales Rep) was great, but as with any car dealership when it comes to working the numbers, management gets involved. Long story short, I negotiated a price that management would not honor when they learned I was paying cash and insisted I finance. In the end, I purchased the car for $1000 over the previously agreed to price. To make things whole management then wanted to give me something to comp for my experience (knowing I was in a rush, but took over 90 minutes to close) the build up suggested I was going to really get something special. Sales manager seemed surprized when I told him I wasn’t interested in the rediculous prcing die car warranty that would have added thousands more to the sales price! Anyway, certainly why “used car dealers” have the reputation they have. More
