Poor Purchasing Experience First off, Chris (Sales Rep) was great, but as with any car dealership when it comes to working the numbers, management gets involved. Long story short, I negotiated a price that management would not honor when they learned I was paying cash and insisted I finance. In the end, I purchased the car for $1000 over the previously agreed to price. To make things whole management then wanted to give me something to comp for my experience (knowing I was in a rush, but took over 90 minutes to close) the build up suggested I was going to really get something special. Sales manager seemed surprized when I told him I wasn’t interested in the rediculous prcing die car warranty that would have added thousands more to the sales price! Anyway, certainly why “used car dealers” have the reputation they have. More
