Great overall buying experience (the 2nd time around) Let me start by saying, the service dept at infiniti of Nashua is the best service dept on this planet. They have always taken care of me, helped me with any issue I had, and are a very professional, management should take great pride in knowing they have such a solid team in the service dept. I was at infiniti of Nashua about a few months ago, I was getting some service done on my m37x, I attempted to purchase a vehicle then, (ironically the exact car I bought a few days ago) it was such a horrible experience, I vowed to never go back to purchase from there, just service, as a matter of fact, I talked a co-worker out of buying from Nashua and buying from Kelly. Last week, I brought my m37x back in for more service, talked with victor pena (whom is a great man and a huge asset to your company) and asked him if he could hook me up with a solid salesman, I decided to give 1 more chance. He re-introduced me to Nick McIntyre, and nick completely changed my opinion around, it was a great and much more pleasant experience. The same car that was going for 37,900 a few months ago, I bought for 32,700. I would have been over the moon happy with paying 37000, but got treated like I was an 18 year old kid who couldn't afford so much as a bottle of water in there. I also would like to say, Steve Sokoloff was part of having a great experience, he is very personable, and professional. Because of the three men that had a part in this purchase, I would go back and continue my business there. Ifiniti of nashua has been a part of my life for atleast 10 years now, 90 percent of this four star rating is soley because of your service dept, so please, they're all owed some recognition, and thank you again to Nick and Steve, GREAT PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE......
