The car itself is amazing, cant say the same for the sales and financing services offered unfortunately. I left feeling like a lamb that had been brought directly to the Wolf's doorstep. Single female sales and financing services offered unfortunately. I left feeling like a lamb that had been brought directly to the Wolf's doorstep. Single female, shopping for a car alone...they warn you about these situations but I never actually experienced it with any of my past vehicle purchases until I bought from Infiniti of Nashua. You agree to payment terms in one room. They have you sign all of this paperwork based on those discussed terms, AND charge you your down payment. THEN they bring you to a different office to sit with the finance Manager where he quotes you a higher rate. I questioned the monthly loan payment difference and was told it was due to how my credit details came back. Come to find out after digging through my 50 pages of paperwork that it is ACTUALLY because they added in a paint protection service that i specifically asked to be removed from my quote as it was optional. Not only that, but this service, which is typically advertised as $899, was added into my loan terms at $1850! When i questioned why it was A) added in when i asked it be taken out and B) why it was more than double the cost than advertised i was told Oh sorry, there must have been a misunderstanding on if you wanted it or not, the finance manager should have gone over this with you...and its more than double because instead of lasting 24 months it will last 72 months. As if I had received some kind of deal when I didn't even want it in the first place, let alone the extended version costing double the price!! At first i thought, well, shame on me for signing the paperwork and not noticing they added this in without my consent....but then i thought, NO...because they had me sign that particular stack of paperwork in the Sales office, based on the AGREED upon loan terms and monthly payment after they'd already taken my cash down deposit, so you think you're set and signing what you agreed to. Then they increased the price once you get to the final step of signing paperwork in the finance managers office. When i did question the increase in the monthly payment with the finance manager, rather than going over all of the pricing breakdowns (where i would have caught this snuck in fee) the finance manager just says, you can cancel the agreement and we can refund you the deposit if you want. Like, completely unempathetic of the deal you just shook on with the Salesman, right while you're at the finish line and have already pictured yourself in this car, after spending 2 and a half hours of your time there finalizing details. Just had me leave with a really icky feeling like i was totally taken for a sucker and absolutely no attempt to try and make things right. If I could take the car back and have them remove the paint protection (and the $1900), i would! But im stuck with it. The salesman asked me when i was leaving why i didnt have a smile on my face and its because i honestly felt taken advantage of. Its less than $2000, like not a life changing amount of money, and no one forced my hand to continue on with the purchase of the car so I totally own and accept that. Its just the sneaky way they went about price increases and absolutely no attempt to ensure i leave a satisfied customer not just from the purchase side of things, but the service side. All of this is just to inform potential customers, BUYER BEWARE....check every crossed T and dotted I before signing or you could be taken for a ride as well! More
