Just got a new G25x from Kuni Westside Infiniti this past weekend and it was a great experience! My wife and I felt their sales staff Ken and Mitch were honest and very fair. There was no pressure to buy. Andrew said he would take care of me and that is exactly what he did. I purchased a QX 56, used, at what I believe to be a very good price. This was my first car buying/dealership experience. I was nervous since I am a young single professional woman. But I did my homework and found the used car I was looking for at Kuni Infinity. I went to the dealership pre-approved with an interest rate of 8% from a local Credit Union. When all was said and done Ken & Michael (finance manager)were able to get me approved at 5.74%!!!! They gave me a fantastic trade-in value, which enabled me to stay in the budget I had set. When I showed up to sign the paperwork, the fees were LESS than the proposal I had in my hand!! Total cost was auctually less at the time of signing than it had been previously discussed! Ken was truly wonderful to work with, he never put any pressure on me, answered all my questions, and he always treated me with dignity & respect.The day I planned to pick up the vehicle it was snowing badly. Ken auctually offered to drive the car to me in Kirkland!!!!!! I've never experienced such quality customer service EVER!!!!! More

The dealership Service Dept was very prompt in notifying me that the part order had arrived and to make arrangements to install it. He even made accomodations a day earlier than scheduled because it became me that the part order had arrived and to make arrangements to install it. I live some 50 miles from the dealership and the drive has been well worth it for sales and for service. More
