We came to Kuni Westside Infiniti after visiting several other dealerships (with horrible experiences). Immediately we felt a bit of hope in our car search. This was my first visit to Kuni Infiniti in Lynnwood, WA. I had to get my oil changed and assess some expensive replacements suggested by an other dealer on which I had my own doubts. My experience with this dealership has been outstanding and has revitalized my respect towards Infiniti. The people at this dealership truly care for the customer and provide you with an accurate picture of the condition of your car which I thought was rare in today's world. Service folks were just exceptional and such people are the key assets to an organization. The original price on the oil change itself is unbeatable and I was given a 20% online discount. Also, I was told that the replacement suggested by another dealership could wait for some more time and I was very relieved to hear that since I had spent so much on the car already. Also, little things like the setup in their waiting area with a big screen TV, free soda, coffee and snacks I thought gives an impression of how well they value the customers(Thanks for the biscotti!). This dealership is 10-12 miles away from my closest dealer. Yet, I would not mind driving down there for my next visit. They might not have profited much during my first visit - but I know where to go for my next scheduled service which will cost around a $1000 and in fact for any service issues. More
I purchased a used 2008 Infiniti FX35. I began the purchase process using Edmunds.com and KBB.com to research a reasonably priced crossover SUV with the greatest positive feedback from prior users. These websites also provided a fair market value for the exact model and configuration that I decided to purchase. Then using craigslist.com and autotrader.com, I located cars at various dealers that matched my interest. Using only email and the telephone, I negotiated with Ken Galimanis for an exact purchase price, a slightly above blue book value for my beat up twelve-year old Nissan, and remarkably good financing terms for the used car. After setting a time to test drive the car, I arrived an hour late. And although Ken Galimanis was busy with another customer, George Riad had the car ready to go for a ride. I am an engineer and physician from the Rocky Mountain states, and thus, born with a heavy foot for the accelerator. George Riad let me test drive the car as I would drive it . . . fast and aggressively. No sales pressure at all during the hour-long test drive, just questions on my part, and patient answers from him. Naturally, it was raining in Seattle, so I stopped by a townhouse complex and borrowed a carport to get out and examine the exterior, and again he did not pressure me to hurry. Back at the dealership, after the drive, Ken Galimanis further reduced the interest rate an additional 0.4%, while keeping everything else exactly as previously negotiated. They very quickly approved my credit application, and then I told them I'd like to chat with my wife about the purchase, and needed a few hours to do so. Surprisingly, they seemed okay with me walking away, and did not apply any sales pressure. Instead, Ken Galimanis gave me his cell phone number and asked that I call when I made a decision. After agreeing to buy, I arrived back at the dealership at 6 p.m. to complete the purchase contract with Shannon Fulcher, also pleasant individual, and patient even though I was most definitely keeping them past the 7 p.m. expected closing time. My only disappointment was the cost of the 3M Scotchguard paint and glass protector. I will purchase it eventually, but when applied at the dealer is very expensive. However, Shannon Fulcher pointed out that I would only break even by purchasing prepaid oil changes, and so she actually discouraged me from spending the extra money. Amazing integrity, and sadly, completely unexpected when purchasing a car. Finally, well after closing time, George Riad presented me with a freshly detailed car, and he spent another 30 minutes ensuring I understood all the essential features of the navigation, hands-free cell, adaptive cruise, etc. I cannot imagine a smoother experience buying a car. And I have only the very best recommendations for this particular dealership and the specific individuals I worked with. As the car accumulates miles, I will post my experiences with the service department. More

He also made many very helpful suggestions to us. When dealing with price, his manager Mitch sat with us for the session. It was straight eye to eye conversation. No back-and-forth "approval" is required. They offered a great price and also added some freebies. If any draw backs, I'd say that we wish the paperwork was done much more efficient. We run into the lady who is new. Our deal was the first one she has ever done. It took a looooong time. But everyone was nice and friendly throughout. More
We received way better service and pricing than we expected. From the beginning the staff was friendly and we never got pressured into buying a car (other dealerships would have). We received frequent updates on the status and repair of our car. We didn't mind that our repair would take longer because we were provided a free loaner car for the time. Tim was very friendly and personable. He helped us find the best pricing and even informed us of discounts they offered. We're so satisfied with our service we will definitely be back for future repairs and even regular maintenance. More
I went in for an oil change and to replace my left power-window motor. These guys did it for less than any other dealership around and even lower than a local mechanic shop's price. Sales Manager Terry Kuenzi was also a pleasure to work with. I wound up purchasing the car, but there was a minor issue they promised to fix so we made an appointment for the following week. Again, everything went as scheduled, no surprises, the work was done correctly and on time, etc. The bottom line is that I feel like I received a good deal, I worked with people that I thought were very professional and trustworthy, and I would happily recommend this dealer to others. Best car-buying experience ever as a single woman. I was looking at Acura and Lexus, but I loved the low-key, no pressure approach and emphasis on courtesy and customer service.
