The entire staff from the owner Andrew on down made the buying experience a wonderful experience. We purchased a 2011 FX35 so impressed that I returned the next night and bought a 2011 G37X Coupe. That's how well the price point was for us! Each vehicle was cleaned and a full tank of gas along with explanation of how the car operated from the navigation to programing the key fob. I bought a new 2011 Infiniti G37 one month ago at this dealership. My first visit involved checking out their used car inventory. The service we received from the moment we arrived to the time we left was excellent. Everyone in the dealership including the owner acknowledged us and made sure our needs were being met. My husband and I were lucky enough to have our car serviced on the same day the owner was having an employee appreciation bbq for which we were invited to join. We had delicious hotdogs/hamburgers and if that wasn't enough we also walked away with some fabulous door prizes. It was easy to see that everyone who works there takes pride in their work and they show it to every customer that walks in their door. We live out of town and could drive to any dealership to have our car serviced but since Kuni far exceeded our expectations and continues to do so there is no way would would ever go anywhere else. Kuni Westside Infiniti was a great dealership to work with. I bought my new Infiniti G25x a month ago from them. They were very easy to work with. I got a price quote with them in email and they accepted with. I bought my new Infiniti G25x a month ago from them. They were very easy to work with. George showed the car to me and helped me test drive the car and explain all the features in it. I went there on a weekday evening and the entire team stayed till 10 and helped me finish the car purchase. Everyone at the delaership was very courteous and easy to work with. I just purchased a Certified used car from the guys at Kuni. I could not be happier with the service, price, and how willing they are to make you happy. I have bought a decent amount of cars, but this was the best experience I have had. They will be the first dealership I call for my next car, no matter what brand. Marcus greeted us at the door and showed us to the car we were inquiring about. While he was grabbing the keys, the Sales Manager came out to talk to us about the car. After a test drive, they threw us some numbers, which were acceptable but not enticing enough to buy on the spot. We went to another dealership because we wanted to check out an Audi A6 (we had narrowed it down to the Infiniti and the Audi). Both cars were great, but we liked the Infiniti's road manners over the Audi A6. We came back to Kuni to take a final look at the Infiniti, Marcus and Owner(?) lowered the price to what we wanted and threw in a few extras just to make sure we were completely happy. While we started filling out paper work, he noticed the tires looked a little worn and he didn't want us driving off the lot without better tires.... so after all the paper work, he took the car into service and put BRAND NEW tires all the way around. Didn't ask me to pay anything, didn't ask anything in return, just did it. This is A+ in my book. The whole staff; Marcus (salesmen), Terry (used manager), Chris (technology), Gary (service) and Shannon (finance) were great. They all worked together to make our experience the best it could be. I couldn't be happier with the deal, the experience, the car, the service and honesty I received from the entire staff at Kuni. I will be back for service and another vehicle. We have a few items on order (ie floor mats) and a scheduled maintenence later next week, I will update this review for both Service and parts. More
