This was by far the best customer service experience for me. I visited Inifinity of Kirkland and they wouldn't let me test drive w/o a credit check. The team went way out of it's way to help me. Service work was unexpected - radiator blew on way to work one morning. I had the car towed to this dealer, obviously without the usual appt, and was greeted friendly and sat me to down see what happened work one morning. I brought my Infiniti in for 7500 mile service, and the service staff gave great personalized service. They explained in detail the work that was being performed, and were very accomodating in accepting c service staff gave great personalized service. They also have a comfortable waiting room with free wi-fi, refreshments, and a large flat panel tv. They were quick to address any concerns I had on my vehicle, and took down the needed information and pictures to get the warranty repair approved. I hate the entire car buying process but Kuni Eastside made it easy. Late on a Thursday night, I called ahead to let them know I'd be coming by. Bought a used Toyota 4Runner recently from West Side Infiniti. Chris from the dealership called after a couple of days to check how things were going. Just got a new G25x from Kuni Westside Infiniti this past weekend and it was a great experience! My wife and I felt their sales staff Ken and Mitch were honest and very fair. There was no pressure to buy. Andrew said he would take care of me and that is exactly what he did. I purchased a QX 56, used, at what I believe to be a very good price.
