Bought a 2010 XF 3 weeks ago that had supposedly been through a multi-point inspection. The entire transaction was handled through the receptionist, and almost nobody could answer any tough questions abo through a multi-point inspection. By the time I brought it into another dealer (3 days later) warning lights were coming up on the dash. 14 days after purchase I found that the car needed a new water pump & main hose that was visibly corroded, both front control arm bearings were blown out and leaking, and the internal cabin light main board needed replacement because cabin lights were flickering! $5,000 later I have the car they should have sold me to begin with - all within the first 30 days of purchase...these guys are just used car salesmen posing as a reputable luxury new car dealer. A few months back, I purchased Acura RDX from these folks. I had Excellent experience throughout the whole process. Some dealership makes it so difficult for you to get out of there without buying something they were selling... You get out of there mentally and physically drained and hating them. The first time I went to Kuni, I spent 45 minutes learning about the car, the test drive and haggling over the price. There really was not much room to haggle since they had it priced pretty good. I left and further negotiated the price thru email. Finally at one point we both agreed over a price and the deal was done without me going there. The second time I walked there, the paper work was processed in 30 minutes. I was given the options of buying warranty packages but not pressured at all. I simply signed all the papers, I was shown all the numbers matching from what we had discussed and that was incredible. For the first time, I didn't freak out. Dawn was kind enough to deliver the car herself to our doorstep so I could surprise my wife. There were a couple of issues with the car that we discovered the next day. Since the car was under warranty, we drove the car back to Kuni and the issues were taken care of without any charges. We were given a brand new Infiniti as a loaner car while our car was getting fixed. Over all, we had great car buying experience and would definitely recommend them to all our friends. More
I bought a new 2012 Infiniti G37X for my friend at this dealership. My first visit involved checking out their used car inventory when I was assisted by Dawn Adam. We test drove a G37 with Dawn during which she was so helpful and provided us with all the technical details and showed huge patience in answering all our questions. We didn't buy the car that day, as we felt it had more mile than what we anticipated to buy but asked her to give us a call if she come up with any other cars with low miles.After saying that we left the showroom feeling the Great and Top Notch customer service. Dawn started to work on our specifications and she got back to us after 3 weeks with the exact model we wanted. She contacted us as soon as they got the car into their inventory and even before the car picture were uploaded into their website. We gave a call and said that we would be down there in the evening to have a look at the car. At that point the car was in the service area and Dawn had all matters taken care of before we arrived to see the car. As we went to the see the car at 7 PM we just thought of having a look at the car on that day because I was in a feeling that the if takes some good amount of time to make the negotiations and close the deal but to my surprise we were in and out in two hours with the car. Dawn helped me in getting the car I waited for a while and that too with a Great Deal. Great appreciation to the her professionalism and great Customer Care. In the span of 10 month I had bought 5 cars (for myself and my friends) from different dealers and went to almost 10 different showrooms while making those deals. Among all my experiences I rate DAWN was the best and sweetest person that I had met. Her service and customer care were TOP CLASS. More
I went to Kuni Westside Infiniti looking to lease a G37x, but I left unable to negotiate a price to my liking. On my way home, I got into an accident in the vehicle I was planning to trade. The damage was minor, but was definitely going to take some time in a repair shop. I returned to the dealership and they took it in stride and said they would help me work through repairs. I am likely to improve my offer if they live up to their promises. I hope to soon be driving my new G37x. I will update this review once this deal completes, for better or worse. I have never reviewed a dealership and I've purchased/leased my fair share of automobiles. If Kuni comes through, they deserve a great review. Right now they're just another dealer with just another salesman. I will however remain hopeful.... More

Right after detail work, noticed some paint scratches on the left side of the front bumper, Joe M acknowledged and promised to take care of the paint as soon as the paint guy is available. Scheduled an appointment to take care of this. There is some good in people, I guess. Sales Manager (New Car): I had a bad start with car sales manager Jeff M. We all know that these guys play with the numbers, that is the bottomline. Well, he could have manipulated the system to even lower my payments and stay within 72 monthly terms. Somehow, math did not work, but I had to accept one more year in addition to 72 months. Jeff M did give me an option of Lease, the payments are still higher than what I am currently paying. It was late night, overall, friendly experience with Jeff M, as well. Finance: While I am waiting on Registration papers, I hope there are no more surprises with the Car and the payments. Tori M stayed late in the evening to seal the deal, paper work, mainly. Good work there. More

We were very disappointed that a dealership claiming high standards and offering high end vehicles would fail to be upfront with us as to the complete history of this vehicle. The car buying experience is time consuming and can be quite stressful so to go through all of that paper work and get excited about owning a fun, new (to us) vehicle only to discover that we were deceived was quite maddening! Not to mention driving 45 minutes back up north to return it on a beautiful Sunday afternoon that should have been spent with our family! Of course the GM, Andrew once he discovered what had occurred, was sincerely apologetic that we had to experience this and assured us that this situation was very unusual. He went out of his way to be very helpful and try to make up for our lost time and disappointing situation. More
Really enjoyable and friendly staff, extremely nice/luxerious building. As with all car deals there was some heavy price negotiation but all ended well, Christina Cho is a very good saleswoman if nice/luxerious building. Was in the market for an Infiniti FX. Remembered Kuni's tv commercials and stopped by, Worked with Jeff who understands the meaning of customer service. Everyone was friendly always willing to help in anyway even if it wasn't their department. Felt like a family business rather then receiving the "business". The entire staff from the owner Andrew on down made the buying experience a wonderful experience. We purchased a 2011 FX35 so impressed that I returned the next night and bought a 2011 G37X Coupe. That's how well the price point was for us! Each vehicle was cleaned and a full tank of gas along with explanation of how the car operated from the navigation to programing the key fob. Thank you to Andrew for working so hard for us we really appreciate all your efforts! More
