Disrespectful and rude employees especially Kate and her manager Tim Martin at service department. They are all about making more than they deserve by ripping off their customers. It is unfortunate that I live 2 minutes away from them but always prefer to go to Infiniti if Kirkland or Tacoma due to the horrible customer service they have. Hope this was useful. More

My service advisor, Carrie Slaughter, did a great job at keeping me informed with the progress of the service, anything the technicians noticed, and explaining the work once completed. Upon picking up my vehicle I chatted for a while with the service manager, Tim Martin. To find a service manager willing to take some time out of his day to simply chit-chat with people is a welcome sight. Far too many dealers (and businesses in general) simply want to get you out the door as soon as money is exchanged. You don't encounter that at Kuni. The quality of the work done to vehicle itself was top-notch as always; I have no concerns regarding it at all. I purchased my vehicle at Kuni and have had all my service done there as well. Each time I've been meet with nothing but the utmost professionalism, care, and respect from everyone I've interacted with. I fully recommend them. More

I sure wish I had worked harder with Kuni to find the car I was looking for because I ended up buying a car that had a number of issues that were missed in the certification process. Both Carrie and Steven in the service department were very helpful in problem solving and fixing the issues. Diane in the sales department was also helpful and pleasant to work with. More
Worst Infiniti Dealership in the AREA Worst new dealership EVER! I went thru the Costco Auto program to find a dealership to buy a new G37x and was contacted by Cheryl Jones. I set up a Worst new dealership EVER! I went thru the Costco Auto program to find a dealership to buy a new G37x and was contacted by Cheryl Jones. I set up a meeting with her and when I went to the dealership she was gone. I was then passed off to Eric who after a few minutes decided he couldn't help me. He then passed me off to Jeremy, who like Eric, was "busy", who then got Roberta Martinez the worst salesperson I have ever met. Besides being down right mean she was extremely unprofessional on the test drive. If you decide to use this dealership to buy a new Infiniti and end up with Roberta Martinez run, don't walk out the door and away from the dealership. She refused to answer my questions directly. For example when I asked about leasing a G37 and said the website said one thing she repeatly told me I was wrong and brought her phone out on the test drive to prove her point. Really?!? So when I asked her if the website had a mistake on it she sidestepped the question three times! Besides her unprofessional attitude (and I mean attitude!) she constantly spoke over me and did not know the product she was selling. She acted as if it was this huge hassle to sell me a car. I contacted David Burdeux, the GM about my horrible experience via email and he could not be bother to call or email me back. Another employee named Phil called me and when I called him back no answer just voice mail. Needless to say I went to Kirkland infiniti and had a much different experience and how have my G37. I've never met a dealership that could care less about selling you a car! More
False advertisement Drove 200 miles, they made us stand outside in the cold while they talked inside, and the worst part is the car was not as advertised. It was supposed Drove 200 miles, they made us stand outside in the cold while they talked inside, and the worst part is the car was not as advertised. It was supposed to be "excellent" condition and considering the high price thats what we were expecting. The entire car was covered in rock chips down to bar metal, the rear quarter panel had pretty good damage and there was buffing compound and wax all over the car...how embarassing. Not to mention the car was priced 2k over fair market value. Will never go back More

It was a very satisfying experience and everything about them speaks to perfection! I am mostly excited about my G37x and it's power and handling ability. The staff (Tim, Roberta, Richard, Carrie) were all friendly and professional. I will be back! More
I had a great experience with Kuni. The team took the time to answer all of my questions, and I appreciated having a loaner car to take home for the evening as I thought about which vehicle to purchase. time to answer all of my questions, and I appreciated having a loaner car to take home for the evening as I thought about which vehicle to purchase. I had intended to take an AWD Q50 home as that was what I hoped to purchase, but I found that the loaner wasn't actually AWD. The team apologized for the mix-up and I was able to test drive another AWD version the next day. Once I decided on the make/model, they were able to find a fit for me with the color package I wanted. I've had the car for about 3 weeks now and I am very happy with the choice! More
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer in July 2013. I had researched the car and the dealer extensively on the internet and thought I would have a good experience there. Despite the salesman's claim I had researched the car and the dealer extensively on the internet and thought I would have a good experience there. Despite the salesman's claim that they do a multi-point check on all their used cars before they are put up for sale, I had to have a water leak repaired in October 2013 at a cost of over $100 and over $1,000 in mechanical repairs done in November 2013 after the check engine light came on. I took the car to my mechanic to run diagnostics and give me an estimate on the required repairs. One of the spark plug wires had been chewed up, presumably by a rodent, so I had a complete tune-up done. The air box on the mass air flow sensor was not secured properly and the case was not sealed, resulting in damage to the air flow sensor so that had to be replaced, and the fuel injection system was serviced. These seem like fairly basic things that would have been noticed and dealt with by an experienced mechanic at the time the dealer did their multi-point check on the car. Given that I paid top dollar (admittedly my fault) for this car and that I was purchasing from what I thought was a reputable dealer, I hoped that it would last for at least a year without the need for major, expensive repairs. In addition, it took almost 2 months and 4 phone calls before the refund check for excess licensing fees was mailed to me. The lady who took the first call told me it typically takes about a month to process and I would receive a check within 2 weeks. The second call, more than 2 weeks later, I was told someone would call me back - I never received a return call. The third call I left a voice message, but still no return call. The fourth call, I spoke with Heather in Accounting and she said she had the check and would mail it the next day. I realize it's a gamble when purchasing a used car, but this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. More
Great staff friendly and there wasn't any pressure to buy. This was one of the main reasons we returned to buy. Overall, a very pleasant experience. buy. This was one of the main reasons we returned to buy. Overall, a very pleasant experience. More
