I had this appt scheduled for several wks, and it included picking up my car at 10am and then returning when completed. Unfortunately, there were internal issues and my car wasn't picked up until cl included picking up my car at 10am and then returning when completed. Unfortunately, there were internal issues and my car wasn't picked up until closer to noon. My car wasn't even worked on until Sunday, and I had to go pick it up. The service is always excellent and Ben is the best, but if your going to offer a service like a concierge pickup, that it would actually happen as stated. More

My car buying experience at Infiniti of Lynnwood WA located at 17305 Highway 99, Lynnwood WA 98037. A couple weeks ago, my son and I went to Infiniti of Lynnwood WA to look at a 2021 Tesla. When we a located at 17305 Highway 99, Lynnwood WA 98037. A couple weeks ago, my son and I went to Infiniti of Lynnwood WA to look at a 2021 Tesla. When we arrived, Victor greeted us at the door, and took us to look at the car. We then came back in the showroom/office to talk about the details... this where it all started. We discussed trading our car and negotiating the list price of the Tesla. Victor takes our proposal and goes somewhere in the back office to talk to his manager and then comes back with a counteroffer and tells us that our trade is only worth $500.00 but we will offer $1000.00 as a courtesy (we are losing $500.00 on this trade in deal). A couple more back-and forth they gave us $2000.00 for our trade in and came down $750.00 on the new car. We signed the paperwork on a Friday evening and left it but did not take the Tesla home since it was not charged. The next morning my son changed his mind and wanted to keep the trade in and put an additional $10k towards the downpayment. I made a phone call to the finance manager Mario regarding changes. I also offered to give them full price for the Tesla since they were taking a loss according to Victor another lie). There was a series of lies and unethical sales tactics. Mario denied our offer and started to tell us the following: I gave you the best interest rate (I could have started you with a higher interest rate, I then responded with no Mario "stupid is not written all over me". I did my research and I qualify for the best rate through BECU so you could not take advantage of me. He also told me that I could not put the additional $10k because the transaction with BECU was done. I told him that was incorrect because I had called and verified this information. Consumers alert: when you deal with Mario, please do your due diligence and get pre-qualified as he is willing to take advantage of you (dealership can charge you higher rate and keep the difference). The bigger the down payment the more they make. Shame on you Infiniti (Mario, Victor and the GM) More
