Great experience at Infinity of Hanover I had shopped around and knew the truck and options we wanted. TrueCar had sent me to 3 dealerships and I was contacted by AnnMarie with correct QX80 I had shopped around and knew the truck and options we wanted. TrueCar had sent me to 3 dealerships and I was contacted by AnnMarie with correct QX80 but wrong color combo. Chris Sanner got involved and located the exact vehicle we wanted. The cost negotiation was transparent and they gave fair value for my trade. Simple process. Chris Sanner was extremely helpful. Chris ran through pros / cons to lease the QX80 and I decided to lease. Signed paperwork with Erik and tool delivery once they had the car registered and inspected. Very smooth process from start to finish with excellent communication. Thanks! More
