STAY AWAY from this disaster of a company. I regretfully bought a car only a year ago from them, I took the car home and the more I looked the more of a mess I found. I had to fight to get my spare key.. which ended up having a remote starter on it. They never gave me the key for my locked lug nuts. Unless you show up, you can’t get a hold of them. They don’t pick up the phone. xxxxtiest business ever More
STAY AWAY from the service dept. My check engine soon light came on. We first took it to allied auto and they came up with a code in 2 minutes and told me what the part would cost. All that service was F light came on. We first took it to allied auto and they came up with a code in 2 minutes and told me what the part would cost. All that service was FREE. We took it to the dealership hoping to get more details on a code. The only thing they came up with was the same code as allied did for 175.00. if we wanted to know more it will cost about 5,000 more. This is just to find out what’s wrong!!! The deal ship said they needed the car longer as they have to take off the oil pan that would be 8 hours and then look at the timing chain and that would be 22 more hours all at 175.00/hour. Save your money and get it checked for free somewhere else. This place will take your money with a smile and you will come out no further ahead,but certainly broker than when you went in! More

I Will never return here and will go to another dealer. I came here for a kbb offer on my car. I was discussing with the rep prior to my arrival that I would not sell my vehicle for the low kbb offer or I would not bother coming in as I could sell it for more than private party. I was reassured that I would be offered more. My car was as described on kbb and I even put in VIN information in the kbb site. The sales rep ”Brian” which I’m sure was not his real name, was rude. He sited that he would not make me a better offer because of the year of my car, mileage, and the that the car was no longer under warranty; this is all information they already had PRIOR to my arrival. I was even interested on purchasing a new car but “Brian” was more interested in being rude than making a sale on one of ~20 cars on the low inventory lot. Will absolutely take my business to another Infiniti dealer who have honest and transparent business practice. I did not expect stereotypical used car dealer demeanor from an Infiniti dealership. More
Took car in for oil change and to have drivers side window checked as it has had recent issues in going back up after opening. Agreed to a tire rotation as well. Got told my 2019 QX60 with less than 22k miles on it needed new rear brakes, was going to need front brakes very soon, new tires soon and an alignment. When I said No and if it really needed those things I'm not impressed with the quality of a 70k vehicle. Got the well its a safety thing and I need to point it out.... still said no finish my car. The window got told they "cleaned" the gasket and saved ME an expensive repair bill. Really, it's under warranty still. Next came the service manager to mansplain to me that it was not a quality issue of the vehicle but it is New England and hitting potholes causes the alignment issue which wears the tires and that braking varies. Nice of you to assume, car drives perfectly straight no pulling or other signs.. Said I will let my husband know, oh I can call him and explain it, umm no he'll call you if he wants to. Point blank told him, this will be the last Infiniti I will own. Get handed paperwork to explain how they're the experts.... yeah right. Then get told car is heading back from inspection any minute so go ahead and pay cashier. Do that and they immediately come up to cashier to not close out the transaction yet, bet that's to flag me as a Karen... That any minute for car to return was more like 15 and timestamp from the service station was that the inspection was just starting when I was told it was on its way back. They just wanted me out of the waiting room as you can bet I called my husband and told him how unhappy I was and that I was thinking of going to buy a different vehicle right then and there at the Cadillac dealership and that this was the last Infiniti and that the service here has gone downhill and the pressure to upsell service was disgusting. Two plus hours for oil change and rotation didn't make me any happier. Still clear of this service department. More
This dealership is incompetent and the workers here flat out do not care. I brought my car in that I purchased here and the service advisors authorized for a tire replacement on my car without my say-so. I out do not care. I came in to fix a headlight issue and they stated there was also damage to my tire and asked if I wanted that fixed. I bought wheel and tire warranty so I said that it wasn't my priority but if my warranty covers it, then i will have it fixed. The miscommunication came from a warranty issue; the advisor stated my car was covered and ready to go. I told them that they needed prior authorization in order to work on it. After they lied to me and said the tire was on the side and not placed on my vehicle yet, they had me call the warranty company up ( After they went and placed the new tire on my car already ). The issue was not covered because the service advisor said i hit a curb which never came out of my mouth. The real problem was that they placed the new tire on my car already without confirming a claim with the warranty and said they couldn't take it off for to be replaced with the one i already had on because they cannot accept it back after it was placed on my car. They basically put a tire on my car with out my say-so and forced me to buy it. I reluctantly paid because it was the morally correct thing to do on my part. As i go back to my car, theres a scuff on my driver side fender that they caused and did not tell me about. I booked an appointment for 2 days later for it be fixed and when I got there, they gave me a run around about rescheduling because they no longer had a loaner car for me that was requested when the appointment was made. I will never step foot back in here for anything and I caution you to do the same. Nobody cares about the issues that are present and nobody will accommodate like they should when they cause the problem. Everybody presents themselves as kind and polite when you first come in but underneath that is incompetence and carelessness when it comes to being professional about their work. I bought my car here when it was owned by PRIME and DAN O'BRIEN is the new dealership that inherited a bad dealership and it seems they are accepting of their ways as they continue to show that they also do not care. More

Desperate I traded my Hyundai Elantra in to buy an Infinity. Infinity did not pay for my trade in so it has gone into collections in my name. Even though I was bullied so badly by sales person Chad, he is still employed by Dan O’Brein. I have tried to call Infinity and am given options that send me directly to voice mail. Please can someone tell me where to turn. I have been told that my credit score has been seriously impacted by having a new collections claim against me. Dan O’Brein, why did my dream to buy a new care turn into a vicious experience? I am surprised that you have not responded to the disturbing encounter I had with Chad. I work really hard as a covid nurse to make ends meet, because of Infinity of Hanover, I now have an item in collections, I bought my Infinity and traded in my Hyundai with the comfort of knowing that I had sold my Hyundai, apparently not. Mr. OBrein, I will be in to Infinity of Hanover tomorrow to return the car I bought so I can get my Hyundai back, pay it off and not have to have collections against me. More
