This dealership was very helpful in me getting my new vehicle. The sales man and manager help find me the best possible financing solution. Also sales manager was as helpful as you can get in helping wit vehicle. The sales man and manager help find me the best possible financing solution. I went to INFINITI of Flemington today to get my car inspected for a leak on the passenger side. When I took the appointment, I was assured diagnosis for $100. When I reached the dealership after drivin inspected for a leak on the passenger side. When I took the appointment, I was assured diagnosis for $100. When I reached the dealership after driving an hour and a half, I was told that $100 is only for the first 30 mins of diagnosis and they will charge me $100 for every 30 mins. I raised this issue with Service Agent (Mike) and Service Manager (Ron) and Ron assured one hour of diagnosis will be more than enough to find the problem. I told them that I had already got the car inspected by a local mechanic for clogged drain vents and they had already cleaned them and I took an appointment with them to see to take the diagnosis further. After an hour the manager came to me informing me that they were not able to find anything and they have no idea how much more time the diagnosis will take. Very disappointed with the service, wasted the whole morning driving about 3 hours plus waiting time at the dealership, and down $200 dollars and no clear identification of the issue. This was my first experience with INFINITI of Flemington. I had gone there as they had the earliest appointment that was available but other Infiniti dealers are not aligned to work with customers in solving their problems. I would not recommend them at all and suggest considering other Infiniti Dealers both for car purchase and service. More
