I have bought and leased cars a number of times in the past from various car makers with mixed results as to service, honesty and professionalism. Having embarked on a new career- I am finally getting my life back on track. Thus, This December was ready to get a new car. The Infiniti G-37X would be my first luxury car. Having been referred to Steve Kiley by a Famly Friend I first emailed him to introduce myself. Steve asked me to email back my interests in regards to a vehicle and what my financial parameters where including limits. The next day i had the Great Pleasure to meet with Steve and Hal Ludwig. Both men knew and understood exactly what my needs where. They were able to find the exact car for me and tailor a special lease that met my situation perfectly. They did not try to push me into anything I could not do or afford. They went way out of there way to meet my needs perfectly. Never in my life have i ever been treated so well and with such true professionalism. My father was with me at the Infiniti dealer and he was absolutly amazed that both steve and hal even gave us there home numbers. I felt as comfortable at Flemington Infinit as I do in my own living room! We first approached Flemington Infinity while comparing 5 different brands of autos selected from the Consumers Reports ratings. We could not take a demo out, since this was a replacement vehicle for my wife who was recovering from a head on collision in her previous vehicle and was unable to drive. Later when my wife was able to drive we stopped back. Hal was on his day off and Adriana was assigned to us. She was also pleasant and professional in her presentation and took us out for a demonstration drive. Please note, I base my judgements from my experience as a commission salesman of 34 years. My wife chose to purchase a G37 over other brands for its overall driving and comfort. We chose Flemington Infinity because of our experience with the sales staff. With reference to the price, Flemington Infinity was competitive, but not the lowest. More
