Because I am more aware than most that I COULD have gone elsewhere - I don't even live in NJ. However, I make the trip and will continue to because the staff at Flemington Infiniti are simply the best I have ever encountered - anywhere. The thing about customer service is that once you have experienced what "5 star" treatment really is, it's very hard to settle for less, and this what they deliver. Bob Golumb, in particular, has to be the kindest, most sincere, and most reliable salesperon I have ever dealt with. Not once in the process did I get that "sinking feeling" you get when you know you are in a hostile negotiation. Gary in finance was a joy and probably the straightest shooter in the position I have ever met. As long as their service continues this way I will certainly keep coming back. I purchased a brand new G376MT in the Blue Slate color from Flemington Infiniti. Bob Golomb was the sales person I dealt with and he was nothing less than top notch. It was especially nice not having to haggle or get frustrated as you typically do with car salesman, you will deal with none of that with Bob and the price I got was fair. I live in Freehold NJ which is about 70 miles and an hour away from Flemington so the fact that I was willing to purchase my Infiniti from this dealer shows the level of satisfaction and trust I had for Bob. I purchased my new 2011 Infiniti G37X last evening from Hal Ludwig, after having decided on the car two days before with his and Steve Kiley's assistance. Both Hal and Steve are extremely knowledgeable of Infiniti vehicles. During my first visit, they gave me their full attention without putting any pressure on me to move forward with a purchase. What they did was answer all my questions and provide me with everything I needed to know about the vehicles that I considered. Once I decided that I would make the purchase, they guided me through the financing process, clearly explaining the different options that I should consider and they gave me a very fair price for my trade. When I went in last evening to pick up the vehicle, Hal spent 2 hours going over the features of the car and ensuring that the transition from my old car to the new car was as smooth as possible. I felt very comfortable dealing with him, knowing that I can check in with him, Steve and anyone else at the dealership at any time if I have any follow-up questions. Having embarked on a new career- I am finally getting my life back on track. Thus, This December was ready to get a new car. The Infiniti G-37X would be my first luxury car. Having been referred to Steve Kiley by a Famly Friend I first emailed him to introduce myself. Steve asked me to email back my interests in regards to a vehicle and what my financial parameters where including limits. The next day i had the Great Pleasure to meet with Steve and Hal Ludwig. Both men knew and understood exactly what my needs where. They were able to find the exact car for me and tailor a special lease that met my situation perfectly. They did not try to push me into anything I could not do or afford. They went way out of there way to meet my needs perfectly. Never in my life have i ever been treated so well and with such true professionalism. My father was with me at the Infiniti dealer and he was absolutly amazed that both steve and hal even gave us there home numbers. I felt as comfortable at Flemington Infinit as I do in my own living room!
