From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were treated very well by everyone there. We were treated professionally with courtesy and made comfortable while test driving the car, negotiating the price and scheduling the pick up. When we picked up the car, George walked him through the owners manual with special notes on areas that he would likely revisit. He then sat with him in the car for over an hour and showed him all of the features so he was familiar with the car and all it's bells and whistles. The car itself is a dream and now the entire family wants an Infiniti. We recommend Flemington Infiniti to our family and friends and we will be back. More

Am I valued as a customer? I was so please with my Infiniti purchased about 5yrs ago. Its about 8yrs old, and in the last 3 years have had a myriad of problems, of course after I was so please with my Infiniti purchased about 5yrs ago. Its about 8yrs old, and in the last 3 years have had a myriad of problems, of course after the warranty ended. I have had so many problems the service guys know me by first name when i call. The latest was a broken seat, which Mike in service DID HELP help find a way to get a little cheaper for me($950 vs $1300) by changing up the part being replaced, but that didn't cost infiniti anything. While getting this repaired they recommended some standard service fluid changes. I asked, given all the problems and repairs I have had done there in the last 2 months (+$1400) they could throw in a couple of the fluid changes. They said No, I was disappointed they couldnt help there..after being a loyal customer for these 5+yrs on this infinity they werent really willing help me with a little fluid change. I continue to hear "its getting old, the repairs are repairs and its out of warranty". I understand but I have taken good care of the car and kept up maintaining service so I would have less repairs. My wife has another brand with +106000 and dont think ever needed a repair. SO perhaps my complaint is more about the brand then the dealer, a chip in of a fluid change would keep me smiling. I cant recommend INFINITI as a vehicle to purchase. More

The manager Howard remembered me even though I last visited the dealership over two months prior to this visit. Most impressively, Howard made me a promise on installing a Nav system, and he kept that promise. I have been in the market for a car for the last five months, and I have met just about every type of salesman out there; some really terrible. That is why I felt so comfortable going back to Flemington Infinite. No buyers remorse and I felt I got as good a deal as they could provide. Thanks to to David for making the paperwork so easy.
