I had a slow leak in my tire for a few days and was leaving for a trip the next day. I stopped in that morning and met with Mike Fleck. He immediately got my car up on a lift and diagnosed the tire problem. A small piece of metal was removed, shown to me and the tire was patched up rather than replaced. Ed Shoemaker even offered to do the usual car wash, which I declined. I was on my way in 45 minutes! Rather than sell me a new set of tires, they went with the repair. I waited for the car and enjoyed the coffee and television in their top notch waiting room. I'm on my 3rd Infiniti already (I35, G35 and G35XS) and the service team at Flemington Infiniti always reminds me why. I also looked around the showroom for my 4th while I waited :) More

She got back to me right away (very responsive and friendly) and set up the first appointment with Howard Kletter, He showed us the car in question and explained how thoroughly the car would be looked over before I got it. Long story short, Alex Mayer took over and managed the sale for us. He navigated a few complications and had the car delivered to our house three days later. Great dealership!! I went to Flemington Infiniti after going to a ton of different dealers trying to figure out what car I wanted. (Chrysler, Audi, Cadillac, BMW, Lexus I went to Flemington Infiniti after going to a ton of different dealers trying to figure out what car I wanted. (Chrysler, Audi, Cadillac, BMW, Lexus, Chevrolet, and a few others!) I was greeted by a salesman named Allen and was treated like a valuable customer immediately. At other dealers I was treated like a female that knew nothing and wasn't buying without a man by my side. Allen took me for a test drive and explained every detail of the car, inside and out. He didn't rush me at all. I went to Willow Grove Infiniti to compare prices (for a big purchase I needed piece of mind that I was getting the best deal) and was shunned by the manager and passed to an employee that kept pressuring me to drive THEIR vehicle, which I knew did not match the specs I wanted), Willow Grove gave me great rates and then it came to the appraisal. They made me wait almost a half-hour, while the salesman sat and checked his email, and then came back with a trade-in value $5,000 dollars UNDER Flemington's quoted estimate. I questioned Willow Grove's estimate and was harshly told I wouldn't get any more for my car as he led me out the door! I received my brand new Infiniti Q50 yesterday, and it was delivered straight to my home! Allen stayed with me and my husband and went over the car again and programmed everything to my personal specifications. I am so happy with my car and Allen was the best salesman of all the dealerships I went to!! I would recommend Allen over and over if you go to Flemington Infiniti. He is young, very knowledgeable, and still has the friendly disposition that most salesmen lose over the years. More

I was feeling very anxious when we arrived at the dealership. I just did not want to deal with the stereotypical pushy car sales men who make the car buying experience miserable. I even asked Brynna on the phone if I could deal just with her. From the moment we arrived at Flemington Infiniti that thought could not have been further from the truth. Brynna greeted us and immediately introduced us to George Chalikis who took us on a test drive. His questions were thoughtful, precise and insightful. I'm in the business of listening and asking questions and boy did I learn from George that day! It was a great experience. George embodies the unsung hero of the car sales industry. He was a delight to deal with from start to finish. Once we decided the car was for us, Howard Kletter stepped in to assist us in the financing portion of the sale. We came in pre-approved and Howard convinced us to let him see if he could get us a better rate. He did 1.5% less than what we had coming in. Even though the dealership is 90 minutes from where we live it would be a delight to come and buy another car from Flemington Infiniti and have the opportunity to work with Brynna, George and Howard again. Nearly all of the other dealers I spoke with I didn't even want to give my business too. They just weren't welcoming. It was like I had to earn their business. Flemington Infiniti actually made me feel like they were trying to earn my business. Whitney, Allen, Howard and Dave were the easiest, friendliest, most knowledgeable, low pressure and professional dealer staff I have ever encountered. And it wasn't even an expensive new car - it was a used car. When I am in the market for my next car, I hope they have a vehicle I am interested in - I will go out of my way to purchase from them again. More
