Waiting time I arrived at 8:55 form my 9:00 service appointment. The service tech called me to his office for the paperwork at 9:25. A half hour wait. He then said the service would take 90 minutes and it did. That seems too long for an oil change and tire rotation. Yesterday I went to get a new tire at Discount Tire ($160 versus the $190 quoted by Perry for the same tire) and could not find the lug nut key for the lockable lug nuts. I drove to Perry and purchased a new set. When I returned to the tire store, they discovered that the new set was not correct. The plastic wheel hub cover would not fit as the locking nuts were too long. I had them remove the four old locking lug nuts and returned to Perry where the parts person found the correct set and had them put on my car without a charge. I purchased my car at Perry and have all of its services performed there. These were the only bad experiences I have had at the dealership. More
