Needed to get a couple recalls along with a couple warranty fixes on my car ... after taking my car in they ordered parts and I returned to the shop once those parts arrived to get it fixed. They did warranty fixes on my car ... after taking my car in they ordered parts and I returned to the shop once those parts arrived to get it fixed. They did have a courtesy vehicle for me both times as the work would take hours and I have 3 small kids. After picking my car up it continued doing the exact thing I brought it in for so they were quick to order the parts and try to get the issue fixed. I think the service is good and they are helpful, it’s just unfortunate this part is defective as well and I have to take more time out of my already busy schedule to return my car for more maintenance. So courteous and patient in understanding your cares. The previous auto center told me it would take a while to repair. I rented a car for the week after dropping mine off and that same afternoon I got a call telling me what the problem was and I could pick it up that same day. Being from out of town I waited over nite and picked it up the following morning. Memo is the man that made it all happen. More
