Was charged for work not done I went in for standard oil change and tire rotation. Spent about an hour and 1/2 in the waiting room. Then paid my bill and went home. I even purchased a coffee cup and touch up paint from their merchandise area. When I got home, I realized that my tires had not been rotated. It was just dumb luck that a few weeks earlier, I had a tire blow out and had to replace my front tires with a different brand of tire than my rear. I called Perry INFINITI to relate my issue but they just took a message and said someone would call me back. After no call back, I drove back down to the dealer which is a hassle since I live up in Temecula, ca. When I got there, I asked to see a Manager. People kept taking my receipt and going somewhere while I stood at the front desk waiting. The excuse they gave didn't make sense to me and I didn't believe it. I think it was dumb luck that I caught this discrepancy. Anyway, they refunded my entire bill but to be honest, I don't even think my oil was changed now. I have zero confidence in this dealership and I never was able to talk to the mysterious manager who they kept going to but who never came out to talk to me. You read about this all the time but I never thought it would happen to me at a high end luxury car dealership like INFINITI. Now I'm out about $40 of gas money for two round trip from Temecula to Escondido and my tires are still not rotated. Wasted my Saturday, I'm just glad I caught it so I don't get ripped off again. More

I called Anthony Fuentes in service and he went above and beyond in getting me new locks and key so I can get tires changed. He was very empathetic and demeanor was heartfelt. Not having a key lock has been an ordeal, and I’ve voiced my comments about Hoehn Infiniti to everyone, karma is a B and they are no longer in business which is good. I have raved about Perry Infiniti and most especially Anthony who is the epitome of excellent customer service! More
