Tried to sell me an unnessary For me, this is my second Infiniti and it’s been the same thing for both at two different dealerships. I thought by going to a different location I might avoid the same treatment but that’s not how it worked out. First time shame on me but second time shame on Infinity.From over paying to bogus service repairs disguised as JUST A RECOMMENDATION 🙄 My recent service experience on 12/20/18 started out ok but then came the recommendations which I had a problem with paying over $1,000 for two tires and a alignment especially since I was only there for an initial oil change and rotation. Now to add to my frustration the very next day after being told all was ok with my car the engine light came on at three different times so now I have to return for second appointment 🙄 we’ll see what happens.. my car has about 7,200 miles and I truly hope nothing is wrong. More

Dishonest dealer Was going to leave the dealer and keep my Mercedes when Brian came into sales office and asked how we can make a deal.i explained the car is great but Was going to leave the dealer and keep my Mercedes when Brian came into sales office and asked how we can make a deal.i explained the car is great but I'm not happy about the creases on the 2 front leather seat bolsters and that was a deal breaker. Brian said he would pay more for my trade in and I declined because I am particular about the conditon of my vehicle specially the interior. So Brian says he will fix them, I replied if they can fix it we have a deal. I asked how he plans to do that and Brian replied I can reupholster them. I shook his hand and proceeded to move forward with the purchase. I then went in to sign docs with Brian and that was a mess.i didn't receive all the proper disclosures and was not told the truth about extended warranties and how they work. Also purchased ding shield but my contract stated xillon green. I asked Brian multiple times if xillon green was really going to give me dent and hail protection and he repeated "yes". I asked for the brochure and he ripped off a page from the ding shield and included that in the xillon green brochure. I knew it wasn't correct and I asked him to double check the info and he said he will. He also told me my extended warranty was 72 months 100k from date of my purchase. I verified with him that it would give me 7 more years and 100k additional miles and he said yes. I paid 10k down and left that night. I got a call from Brian halfway home saying he was wrong about xillon green and be would have ding shiled added to the contract and xillon green removed. He said someone from service would call me on Monday. I waited and never got a call so I emailed and called to confirm the promised items are taken care of. I was told I have to drive 1 hour back to the dealer on my day off to resign the contract because most of what was told toe was wrong. I was helped by shannel Lopez who apolozed for all the misinformation and went over the contract again and I resigned. A week later I made an appointment to take car of my seats by this time I was already stressed out and upset because I was told a 3rd party interior repar guy would Fix my seats but not reupholster even though that was the whole basis of me buying the car. Like many other things Brian did not follow through. I left my car and picked it up 3 days later only to see the seats creases are still visible but only painted over. I realized I won't get anywhere with discussing this with the dealer or Brian. I have a due bill stating "Fix Seats' and a before and after of pics that look the same just some dye over the creases to try to hide them. I have contacted corporate Infiniti in hopes they can step in and fix this issue other wise I have to speak with an attorney. My seats are not fixed and I am not happy. Once they have your money they won't give you the time a day. Go to another Infiniti dealer More
