On Monday (5/13/19) morning, I came in for a 150+ pre-purchase inspection that I subsequently paid for, and also to inquire into an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty. I have requested a full checklist of all inspection items checked and have not need provided with one to date. Also, I left a message and several emails for a specific individual in the Finance Department and have not received a response back regarding my warranty request. The follow up has been below average. More
