Buyer's beware After dealing with the horrible people at perry Infiniti and buying 17 Infiniti cars. We will no longer be buying anymore. Both the dealership and the company really didnt care. Consumer affairs offered us some free lube and oil changes after we were lied to and stone walled by perry Infiniti. Perry Infiniti lied about taking care of our lease trade in. They didnt. Instead we got a bill from Infiniti for the total bill. We bought 4 cars alone from perry Infiniti. So many years of loyalty and they offer us some oil change's. O well. More

Employees will look at you but won’t ask if you’ve been helped. I expected more from a dealership. Horrible customer service. My advise, train employees to approach a customer ask if they’ve been helped. It almost made me walk out because customer service says a lot about a company. I come to your dealership because it’s the closest to my house. I will be looking for another one. More
