The salesman made us sit for hours as he worked with other customers; someone coming in to buy a used car clearly wasn't his priority. Finance manager was incredibly rude trying to sell us a warranty, which he was clearly getting commission on. We had to turn him down more than ten times, but he kept pressing the issue with an increasingly rude strategy. When we finally closed the sale, they gave us the car with a nearly empty tank and a shotty "detail and clean." We got a good car, but that was from our own research. The buying process was miserable. Would not recommend. More
