When I got to Elk Grove Infiniti I was greeted with much respect by Mohammad and he negotiated with me and helped me as best as he could and found me everything I wanted in the car I desired. I ended up purchasing the car I wanted woth everything o wanted he worked with me as was needed and made to take care of me. I saw the car wasn’t fully detailed since I rushed them so he told me to come on bye and he’ll take care of me. Shopping Without Stress I had a bad experience with Carmax and I shared my experience with Alan Maes. He then assured me that the '12 Highlander was still available and he was going to do his best to make me feel comfortable. He allowed my wife and I test the vehicle and inspect the vehicle without pressuring us of time or closing hours and I may add it was on Valentines Day. When returning back to the dealership he even gave us time to talk about it and that he will check up on us later. Again, no pressure. I went out and inspected the vehicle for leaks and engine and transmission gear change. I came back in and I felt comfortable. We decided to buy the vehicle. Alan shared our experience with Anthony Triggs whom put my mind at ease. He matched the return policy to Carmax's that within 5 days we didn't want the vehicle he will give us the down payment back and no fees for returning the vehicle. I was "Wowed" and felt better in buying the vehicle given that. They knew how to read the client's expectations and the worry free of buying a vehicle. These guys went above and beyond to make the sale and they were flat out honest. I would highly highly recommend Infiniti for anyone looking to buy. More

Outstanding Customer Service!! Simply stated: I came in with a problem (not related to this dealer) and left with a solution. These guys (specifically--Peter Ngo) were great! I was pretty frustrated with the original dealership's lack of follow through. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, I stopped at this dealership to see if I would have any luck. This dealership is 80 miles from my home. Not so with this group! I presented Peter with a description of the issue and he was able to resolve it. While he encountered some initial difficulties, he stuck with it, communicated with me frequently, provided me with updates until the issue was resolved. Peter Ngo, Infiniti Parts Manager and Richard Parr, Service Advisor provided stellar customer service, enough to motivate me to write this review. I would not hesitate to go back to these guys--or this dealership. This is the way it should be! More
