Service Department I've been working in the automotive industry for over 30 years and have owned about every brand of vehicle. The Service Department at Infiniti Elk Gro I've been working in the automotive industry for over 30 years and have owned about every brand of vehicle. The Service Department at Infiniti Elk Grove has got to be one of the best in the country. I have never had such great customer service going above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Even when the news may be painful as far as a repair needed they manage to take the sting out and show empathy. I have never felt I was being ripped off. All the service advisors are this way and I've dealt with several of them. My last experience was with Rick, the first time I had dealt with him. This was probably the best of the best experiences I've had. I will not go into great detail but let me say he went way above in providing a 5 star experience that I had already come to expect from this service department. As someone who has managed many sales and customer service teams I tip my hat to the management at Infinty of El Grove for putting together what I feel is the top service department in the Sacramento area if not the country. I hope you are listening BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes and many others. I've dealt with them all. My wife can tell you the complete opposite experience with BMW the last few months. I do not write that many reviews and I know this was a long rambling one but I wanted to give credit where it is truly deserved. Thank you Infinity of Elk Grove Service Department ( the entire department) you all are part of this 5 star review. And to management I hope you hang on to Rick because you have a great one there. I first spoke to Rick who informed me that my warranty had just expired but to go ahead and bring it in anyway to see what could done. Of course my stress level was through the roof just thinking of the cost of what was needed to repair my car. When I arrived Rick suggested purchasing an extended warranty for my vehicle, best suggestion ever!! I then met with Tommy who explained the extended warranty to me and pretty much sold. After speaking to Tommy for a bit longer I purchased the warranty. Tommy made me an offer I would be completely insane to pass up!!! I can honestly say I am so happy with my purchase and the service here at Elk Grove Infiniti!! I am leaving with peace of mind and a big smile! Oh I forgot to mention they took care of my repair despite the expired warranty and even before I purchased the extended warranty. I would highly recommend this dealership to any and everyone. They truly do go above and beyond ! More
