BROUGHT MY 2008 FX35 IN FOR A DASH BOARD ISSUE AND WAS TOLD THAT IS WAS UNDER A RECALL AND THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO ME. I RECEIVED A LOANER CAR AND THEY ALSO FOUND A RECALL ISSUE ON THE ODOM TOLD THAT IS WAS UNDER A RECALL AND THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO ME. I RECEIVED A LOANER CAR AND THEY ALSO FOUND A RECALL ISSUE ON THE ODOMETER ORDER PARTS AND GOT TO WORK ON THAT AS WELL. I HAD MY CAR BACK THE NEXT DAY. I had a problem with the seat for the co-driver. I contacted the initial person Joe Calabrese seeking the help, he forwarded the email to Tony Bonifazi.
