My experience with this dealership was over the internet only, so far. I contacted them because of a favorable review on an Edmunds Site. This is what a car dealer should be like. I was given specific and direct answers to all my questions and all very quickly. I did not have to wait for anything. Everyone I contacted dealt with me with professionalism and the utmost courtesy. I am going to buy an Infiniti JX sometime this summer. I contacted this dealership because they haonored the VPP program. Unfortunately for me, my former employer (I'm retired from Procter Gamble) does not participate in this program. However, they offered me a small discount from MSRP on a car that is now a very hot seller. My local dealer (SW Ohio) also offers the same price. I now plan on waiting until the supply catches up to the demand at which time I am certain that Infiniti of Clarendon Hills will be offering me the best price. I'll report more when that happens! We first worked through the internet and received a price quote then visited the dealership on March 29, 2012. We were met by Chris Hill who then introduced us to Bob Polanek, the sales rep. Bob spent the quote then visited the dealership on March 29, 2012. We were met by Chris Hill who then introduced us to Bob Polanek, the sales rep. Bob spent the entire morning with us and went over every aspect of the car in which we were interested. He also took us out on a test drive. We decided on a car and went home to consider our choice. We returned the next day and bought a G37x. We then worked with William Harris, the finance person, who handled the paperwork and financing information. Finally, we met with Assad Hamzeh, the delivery manager. Assad spent at least an hour – maybe two – explaining every feature of the car; gave us his mobile phone number. We can say that Infiniti of Clarendon Hills has a great team and we would definitely recommend them. Although a new dealership, I learned through conversation that Infiniti of Clarendon Hills is owned by a local partnership that has several dealerships in the Chicagoland area including a Honda dealership that I coincidentally bring my cars to for service. These dealerships are known for retaining their employees and providing superior service to their customers. Well I was looking at a used car online. Chris Hill was the firs and last person I dealt with . He asked me the right questions, and got all the information I needed. When I found out they didnt have that car on that exact lot- Chris personally went and got the car for me from one of their other dealerships. I was worried about having finance issues. - Chris had me fill out the information online, and then called me back to tell me the pro-s and the cons on my credit. Do you know that it said on my credit report that I still had a bankruptcy open from 6 years ealrier! This could not only effect the purchasing of this vehicle, but also the purchasing of my home, or anything regarding credit. I didnt even know this was on my credit report. I have had my credit checked before to finace and this was never brought to my knowledge. So a lot of my problems getting financed in the past make sense now Well after getting this fixed, he ran my credit through finance and got me approved. All of this was done while I was at work. It made it so easy to know that what they were telling me was the truth. They made everything easy. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. They were honest , and I was not charged one single penny more then what they said I was going to pay over the phone. My son was treated to hot cocoa and cartoons, the place is stunning, and so clean. Even the porter who I asked out his cool glasses - went above and beyond to get me the information I needed to go to the right eye doctor! He also made sure my son was entertained, and treated us like royalty. And I must say our Car looked spotless - those porters really know what they are doing To top off my amazing experience with Chris Hill , I ended up with Bill the Finance guy - He was not your typical finace guy . He was friendly - not a bit snakey like you see around other dealerships. He was quick - and got us in our car quickly Most of alllll I love my car - It looks brand new and its an 07' you think you're going to pay more at this dealership cause its so nice - but the truth is they can afford this dealership cause they have done SO well with keeping bizz growing and keeping a power staff to meet a customers every need 5 stars!
