Simply amazing experience from start to finish. Upon entering they were not overly aggressive (a good thing), but very attentive once we were ready to discuss leasing the new JX. We had already shopped entering they were not overly aggressive (a good thing), but very attentive once we were ready to discuss leasing the new JX. We had already shopped around (and didn't have a very good experience at a competitor's dealership) so we knew exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to spend. After letting Steve know that we did not need to test drive the vehicle and were ready to discuss price he asked us what we were looking for. We gave him a reasonable (albeit on the low side) initial offer. My husband is an attorney and I negotiate settlements for a living so of course we expected a steep counter offer and were fully prepared having calculated several different scenarios prior to the visit. Steve left us for about 10 minutes to check on pricing and stock. When he came back in and showed us their proposed offer my husband and I sat there in silence. Negotiations 101 is NEVER take the first offer, but we were at a loss. Steve had come within $9 of our offer! I struggled with not negotiating further, but really - $9? I couldn't believe it. Of course we accepted and Steve (what a nice guy and so easy to talk to) checked for our requested color combination, had the vehicle we wanted at their sister location and it was driven over within the hour. Bill in finance was extremely helpful and Assad the delivery manager was very informative taking the time to sit with us and go through all the bells and whistles of my beautiful new SUV. I drove home an extremely happy customer and both my husband and I could not believe the experience we had just had. Peter, the owner kept popping in through the whole process to make sure everything was going well and was so gracious welcoming us to the "Infinity family". Did not know buying a new car could be so easy. LOVE my new vehicle and I am confident this will not be my last Infinity with this dealership. You guys are awesome! More

My 2008 G35x needed cosmetic repairs. This dealer did a great job. The car looks new. Mike was very responsive. I brought my car in for service and decided to wait for completion. I wandered over to the sales floor and spoke to Joe Belmonte who was extremely nice and patient with me. I am new to the brand and even though I made it clear I was not a customer for purchase, he still took time and we chatted about the line-up and the Infiniti brand. He was great and I appreciated the chat. Soon enough my car was done and ready, Mike Harlow came to fetch me and I was off 2 minutes later. As a newcomer to the U.S having some one like Lance who take the time to explain things for me is something I really appreciate. Lance makes sure the time I spend in the service depot is keept to a minimum. Lances turn around time is so fast I have realized I do not even have time to finish a cup of coffee in your lounge area, and that is what I call 1st class fast service. With a person like Lance in the service depot it makes me look forward to my next visit More
My experience with the Infiniti of Clarendon Hills dealership was pretty awesome! I must admit, I was a bit concerned at first because they just recently opened and I hadn't even heard of them until dealership was pretty awesome! I must admit, I was a bit concerned at first because they just recently opened and I hadn't even heard of them until the morning I went there. I figured they would either be really good or really bad. I am very grateful that they were really great. Mike Harlow represented the dealership amazingly! I spoke with him before I got there. He looked my information up before I got there. My clutch pedal hit the floor and stayed there; so I had to be towed into the dealership. When I arrived, Mike walked right up and greeted me by my name. He had already gathered the information on my car, set me up with a loaner, and I was on my way. While they had my car, Mike called me with daily updates. When I called in and left messages, Mike returned my calls very quickly as well. My clutch pedal issue was thoroughly investigated and I was given a couple of scenarios for the failures. One of them I sternly disagreed with and admittedly wasn't the most pleasant about. This one of the biggest reasons why I want to give many accolades to Mike Harlow; because he handle this part of our conversation with the utmost professionalism. All of my concerns were investigated and I was given thorough answers to all of my questions. My clutch pedal issue was resolved, they also replaced both of my rear woofers (even though only one was rattling) and I'm happily rolling again. To top all of this off, due to the mileage they had to put on my car to extensively troubleshoot and repair my clutch issue, my gas was even replaced (which is fantastic with these extremely high gas prices)!
