Kyle was very professional when a coworker had to hand us off midway through as the other salesman's appointment had shown up. Kyle made the transition in salesmen smooth. We talked and discussed things and even left the dealership (got in the car and never made it out of the lot) before we came back and all parties moved a little bit and got the deal going. Kyle was terrific with our son allowing him to hang out and watch tv, talking with him when he had observations and questions and even offering him some food and soda (definitely the way to our son is through food!) Throughout Kyle allowed us to hang out in his office while all the paperwork was being dealt with and phone calls made to secure the loan and get everything together. He allowed me to pull out my computer and work and all the while chatted with us so we knew we were not taking up his time and offered us drinks and food throughout our time. I can not say enough great things about Kyle! This truly was an exceptional experience. He even gave us a few "perks" that normally only come with new cars. Kyle also explained that I needed to come back in and learn all about the new bells and whistles on my car and did a fantastic job going over everything once we came back in. I highly recommend this dealership and Kyle in particular! More

I live 200 miles away from this dealership and when I found a used car that I wanted online, they were willing to do the entire deal over the phone an I live 200 miles away from this dealership and when I found a used car that I wanted online, they were willing to do the entire deal over the phone and deliver the car and pick up my trade. Jeff Roquet handled the entire deal and drove over the next day, delivered the car and picked up my trade. It was right at 24 hours from my first email about the car until I had the papers signed and car in my garage. It literally couldnt have been an easier negotiation and purchase.
