An oil change turned into a brand new car! I brought my Infiniti into the dealership service department for a scheduled maintenance & oil change & as the wait was going to take a while I decide I brought my Infiniti into the dealership service department for a scheduled maintenance & oil change & as the wait was going to take a while I decided to just take a look at the showroom floor. As I was looking at the vehicle color options available Karen Lloyd approached me offering assistance. I explained I was just in for servicing but she continued to answer my questions concerning the new models, leading me outside to see the options in action & during the course of a couple of hours my husband & I determined we were so impressed with the newer models that we bought one. I saw one that really caught my eye online that was at Infiniti of Birmingham. I inquired as to the availability and Josette replied back within 30 minutes that it was available. She then followed up and we set a time for me to come in and see the vehicle. When I arrived Josette had already pulled the QX80 around for us to see. she walked around the vehicle and gave very important features, including safety features, which were important after having a close call a few weeks earlier. Josette also accompanied us on a test drive. This was important because she was able to answer questions about the vehicle but did not feel it necessary to talk the whole time and oversell it. After we made our decision to buy, Josette made the process very seamless and professional. More
