It took me a while I met Karen 3 years ago when I test drove a new QX80. Life happened and I never bought a vehicle . I really wanted a QX80 for the towing ability and passenger space, but was also considering a Toyota Sequoia, Tahoe or Surburban. Karen and I emailed a few times over the 3 years and was always very patient with me. June 14th, 2019 I stopped by Infiniti of Birmingham to see what was on the used lot but had no intentions of buying a vehicle that day. Karen walked out of the showroom and patiently showed me the used QX80s. I found a '16 QX80 that met my needs and bought on the spot. I would highly recommend her. More
