A Very Pleasant No Pressure Buying Experience This is my second vehicle purchase here within the past 5 years. I must say this was my best vehicle purchase experience I have had in years. Everyone This is my second vehicle purchase here within the past 5 years. I must say this was my best vehicle purchase experience I have had in years. Everyone was very friendly and seemed to work together and not in competition of each other. Over the past couple of years when I would bring my other Infiniti's in for service I woul always look around in the showroom and Karen Lloyd would always speak and strike up a general conversation and I felt like I really got to know her. Yes she is a salesperson and her job is ultimately to sell cars but she was genuine and never pressured me. With her what you see is what you get and I say that with the HIGHEST COMPLIMENT!!!. Also Kevin McMillion was the other salesperson I encountered as they were following all the necessary precautions for covid-19. He also is a no pressure person and I felt honored to have him helpng with my purchase as well. He made certain every one of my requests were met and both of them worked so well together when one wasn't available the other one was.
