They did... and the whole experience was actually extremely nice. Yes... a new car dealership experience was actually nice. Great sales rep. They also had to add a few items after the purchase that I requested. The service department was awesome. I have owned two Lexus models before and they don't even compare to the intelligence of the Infinity, nor the customer service received at this dealership. Bravo!! More

Previously, I was a Mercedes customer, so I wasn't sure what the service department experience would be with Infiniti of Birmingham, but I am forever sold on Infiniti because of the service department. Ryan Forrester has such great customer service skills and Juliet Watkins remembers all her customers and their vehicles so well, I ran into her once at Target and we visited like we were neighbors. Even the technicians come out and greet me when I am in for a service and teach me little details about my SUV that I never knew. They are just really nice people! And for the record, they are this nice to everyone: I bought my used car from another Infiniti dealership out of state. I get treated like a VIP there, and the loaner car feature is wonderful (although sometimes the loaner cars are so nice I don't want to give it back!) I highly recommend Infiniti of Birmingham-honest people who stand behind their work! More

These folks are serious about moving a great product. Scott is the BOMB!!!! He brought my car to me from Birmingham to Tupelo, MS. One way 2 1/2 hours and took my trade in back. What else can I say. The Sales Dept is great , My wife & I have bought several from this Dealership and this past summer bought 2 new ones 2 days apart. This use to be a great service Dept , but now with a new Service M several from this Dealership and this past summer bought 2 new ones 2 days apart. This use to be a great service Dept , but now with a new Service Manager , that's very Rude. and needs training on customer care . and warranty of infiniti. And a Service writer that doesn't really care and forgets things. Will update on how things go it's been over a week now. And nothing . More
