poor customer services including also poor brand quality Worst experience ever at any car dealership . i bought infiniti Q50 new and two months ago and now the car has a issue and dealership doesn't want t Worst experience ever at any car dealership . i bought infiniti Q50 new and two months ago and now the car has a issue and dealership doesn't want to help except waiting . i have a issue with both screens in my car and they find the fault and making me wait and not giving me replacement car . i can't drive my car because all function are not available while i am driving the car because touch screen is not working fine. first they fix it temporary told me it will take 3 or 4 days to get the part and if it's not working fine you can bring the car and we will give you the loaner car after i left from service dept. again i had a same issue then i call them and explain them every thing they said you can come we will give you the loaner car and when i got to the showroom they said we not able to give you the car and part will come in two or three week don't go to them very poor services i have a great experience in other dealerships i think i made a mistake i bought infiniti brand khan 917 280 7736 More

No hassle, minimum haggling, and no mention how fast I was in and out from saying hello to the salesman to signing and driving away with my car. The salesman made sure I had something to drink and eat as I waited. This was the first finance person that took the time to explain the documents as I signed them and answered my questions without any crazy auto finance jargon. After having bad experiences at a previous Infiniti dealer I was ready to go to another company, but because of infiniti of bayside, I'll be with Infiniti for a long time. More

Excellent! We went to this dealership for maintenance purposes for an Infiniti we already own. The valet parking was very nice. The area is extremely clean. As we looked around out of curiosity, Alex Wu approached us and kindly offered us his help. What at first seemed to be questions of curiosity then turned into leasing a brand new fantastic QX70. Alex Wu was an outstanding young man and helped us with every little detail. He was very patient, helpful and went out of his way to satisfy us. He provided us with wonderful customer service and we could not be more satisfied and thankful with him. Scott Russo was also very helpful as well as Marlon Duval. Kudos to the Infiniti of Bayside! And a special, warm thank you to Alex Wu for his patience and outstanding customer service! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! More

Great Experience I walked in this dealership never expecting to actually walk out with a car in the same day. Alex was our sales guy and he was such a pleasure to work I walked in this dealership never expecting to actually walk out with a car in the same day. Alex was our sales guy and he was such a pleasure to work with!! He was very easy to talk with, not aggressive like some sales people can be, and very helpful with the whole process. I highly recommend this dealership and that you see Alex. Our finance guy was also very nice and not pushy for us to buy extra add-on items. He knew we basically wanted to sign and be on our way and that's exactly what he did. All around it was a great experience!! More
