After inspection they were able to do an additional recommendation while I waited rather than having to schedule another trip. Very accommodating. recommendation while I waited rather than having to schedule another trip. Very accommodating. More

Holy crap, how can I describe how poor my experience was? I've been an Infiniti Omaha customer for four years. I've dutifully brought my 2017 QX80 in for service when the miles meant an oil change and when I've been an Infiniti Omaha customer for four years. I've dutifully brought my 2017 QX80 in for service when the miles meant an oil change and when mileage meant a checkup. I've had the same service advisor in that time. For my recent visit, I had a snotty advisor who didn't spend one calorie getting to know me. He didn't communicate with me via text like I was accustomed to. When he did communicate with me, he gave me a one page assessment of work needed without the complete assessment. It was xxxxxxxx. Then I asked for the full assessment and the results didn't add up, especially when I was told to get a new transmission. In April, just three months earlier, my transmission checked out as green. Now it's red and I'm receiving a $14,000 estimate. I asked about the recent change in ownership and personnel because the experience was creepy and disconnected. I didn't feel like I was Infiniti family like the previous visits. I asked to see the general manager, who said that he had been there for 17 years. I voiced my concerns and I asked that the new service advisor be more empathetic. Then I asked about my estimate. His response? "xxxx happens." I will not be returning to Infiniti of Omaha. That experience truly sucked. More
Since being taken over by Woodhouse, a courtesy vehicle is no longer provided. Buying a luxury car used to also include luxury service. That is no longer the case. Every time I take my car in, the front desk staff is great and the work gets done. Reasonably timely. Refreshments while we wait. Honored the service agreement. Minimal expense. All good. Howeve great and the work gets done. Reasonably timely. Refreshments while we wait. Honored the service agreement. Minimal expense. All good. However, I had a sidewall tear in a tire because of roads in bad condition about a month before that service appointment. Life happens. When I went to take that tire off, there were 2 lugnuts missing. On another tire, there was 1 lugnut missing. No one had touched the tires since I last had it serviced at Infiniti of Omaha. I replaced all 4 tires ( performance tires and such, which goes with the territory). I also paid for new lugnuts from our local tire place because it was the smart thing to do. When I took the car to Infiniti of Omaha I brought that up to the front desk staff, and explained that the only reason I would be missing lugnuts was because someone there did not do their job right. They seemed to note that but that was the last I heard of it. Some kind of acknowledgement or accountability would have been nice. Not adequately tightening lugnuts creates a potentially very dangerous situation. Someone in charge should have held themselves (and those beneath them) accountable for the mistake and at least reimbursed me for the lugnuts I had to buy. Accountability: It can work for you or against you. Let's see if they contact me now. They have my info. More

He was helpful even after our purchase of our new car. His willingness to assist when we have questions was something we really appreciated. We got a fair trade on our old car and very pleased with our new one. Next time you need a car as for Alex! More
