Drove 3 hours and stayed in a hotel to have my vehicle sit for over an hour before it ever moved. Then the issue was not resolved instead I’m told not to connect my phone to the car. That completely defea sit for over an hour before it ever moved. Then the issue was not resolved instead I’m told not to connect my phone to the car. That completely defeats the purpose of having a phone connection to the car or BT audio which are all car options. Not to mention that I can’t legally drive in my state not connected to my car via BT. I certainly won’t waste my time and money driving 3 hours back to get no resolution. More

Eguarder and AJ were very helpful throughout the process. When we returned to des moines Eguardo helped with changing the fob battery and resetting the blind spot warning. We really like the QX60. I felt completely rushed, like I had to make a decision and take the car with me that day. They made us stay for more than 5 hours to get paperwork done even though we kept saying we had someplace to go. T and take the car with me that day. We should have said we don't have time for this, we will have to come back and left. The finance guy was clearly not prepared, as it took forever to get through the paperwork, Only to find out several days later that some paperwork was missing, and they had to send someone to my house to have it signed, while other paperwork was incorrect and had to be resigned. So, we had to spend more of our time on this. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The car was not ready for us to take. All they did is run it through the car wash, they did not detail it. I had to point out to several different people how dirty the inside was. They told me I could bring it back on Monday so they could detail it. Then on Monday, they said they didn't have a car to loan ne so they could come pick up the car. Tuesday they came and picked up the car. We went to get it after work on Tuesday. Although they did vacuum the car, and rewash it, I could have done a better job of detailing it, and I am not a professional dealership. Also, my Oakley sunglasses were missing from the car. They eventually found them more that 24 hours later, but this just added to this whole bad experience. I really feel like it was the end of the month and they just needed to get this deal closed and us out the door that day. I do have to say that when we came back to pick up the car on the Tuesday, we spoke to Jose and he was very helpful and told us many things about the car that our salesman hadn't. He spent al ot of time explaining things and showing us different things, and did not make us feel rushed at all. More
It is the only dealership in the local area so I’d recommend it. I asked for the GPS to be updated (I had bought the software and had it in the vehicle).
