INFINITI Of Omaha

I went to Infinity of Omaha to look at the new JX. I met Zach and he showed me the new vehicle. I wasn't exactly sure this was the car I wanted so he showed me the QX56. Wow! what an awesome SUV. While being a bit under-stated I always knew Infiniti's were quality cars. What i didn't know and wasn't comfortable with was the Infiniti dealership. When we first arrived we were greeted happily by a gentleman named Zach. We weren't exactly sure what we were looking for, but after a few questions he landed us on the QX56. I couldn't believe all of the toys on this thing! Zach was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and very professional through and through. We never felt pressured, and he always kept us laughing and having fun. Yes! We had fun buying a car! I can't believe I said it. Car buying shouldnt be fun, should it? So, what started out as a visit to an unknown dealership turned into a great experience. While we had absolutely no intentions of buying that day, the service and quality of the vehicle was too good to pass up. They were fair on the trade in price for ours and even took some off of their sticker price. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend Zach and the rest of the dealership to anyone looking to buy a luxury vehicle. More

I have been to the Infiniti of Omaha dealer multiple times and they have all been great experiences. My last visit I bought a used car from them. If you go there definitely ask for Max. I was driving by this dealership and saw some cars I might have an interest in so we pulled over and looked around for a few minutes and were greeted by James. James is a great sales man, he is honest, curtoeous and responsive to your needs.I felt his general automobile knowledge set him apart from other dealers who just knew one brand. Bought an SUV from Infiniti of Omaha and had the worst customer service I've had in a long time. The car that I test drove was filthy on the inside with stains that could have been easily cleaned up, the customer service I've had in a long time. The car that I test drove was filthy on the inside with stains that could have been easily cleaned up, the windows were so dirty on the outside it wasn't safe to even test drive. The sales associate that I worked with knew nothing about the car and in fact would state that it had something when it clearly didn't carry the features after having to ask 2 other people who work there. When I found the car that I did want we went to go talk about the price and the deal was too good to pass up despite the horrible customer service. She was checking her Facebook when I was trying to talk to her, she answered a personal call while I was trying to fill out the application with her and then said that she is terrible at typing and made me input my data into the computer for her. I had a few problems with the vehicle and when I would call the secretary was a little rude and said that she didn't know how to help me and that there are too many people here to know who I specifically talked to the last time to help me she then hung up on me. When I took my car in to have the problems fixed they gave me a vehicle for the day and it had no gas in it and was filthy as well! I had to pay to fill the car up with gas just to get myself back to work while they worked on my car. If I am going to invest thousands of dollars in a dealer, it is only appropriate that the dealer maintain a level of professionalism and customer service. I will say that the business manager Rian was very professional and answered all my questions. His customer service was excellent and I appreciated that he exhumed a level of professionalism that should be a standard for the rest of the dealership. More

Our experience with Heather was excellent. She spent all the time we needed as we 'moved' from one vehicle to the next in our decision making period. Also, after leasing the vehicle, Heather again spent all the time we needed (and more) in understanding all aspects about the vehicle. Heather was bright, positive and knowledgeable about the vehicles and gave us honest, fair answers when we asked about the comparability with other makes which are in competition with Infiniti ... the sincerity was appreciated.
