Great customer service and fun to work with I usually hate dealing with car dealers, but I had a great experience at Infiniti of Omaha. They were light-hearted, easy, and fun to work with. I also felt with they were serious about making sure I left happy. Kelvin helped us during the sale and Marie with the paperwork. Both were accommodating and not at all pushy. I got a Q40 AWD and it's a hell of a car. I have a feeling I'll be back there for my next. More

QX60 Lease I leased a G37x from this dealership 3 years ago. I had a great experience with the dealership. Other dealers kept changing the deal in the middle of I leased a G37x from this dealership 3 years ago. I had a great experience with the dealership. Other dealers kept changing the deal in the middle of the negotiation process, but at Infiniti of Omaha, they followed through on everything they said. I loved the G37x, but we needed a 7 passenger vehicle now. Pat Badie suggested the QX60. I leased one a fewweeks ago. It is also a great vehicle, and I had another positive experience at Infiniti of Omaha. I wanted a little extra equipment and a 12,000 mile per year lease, and they were able to deliver. More

Purchase of new QX80. I had leased a 2013 JX35 from Infiniti of Omaha 2 years earlier. I was happy with my experience then, so I decided to give them a chance again. We h I had leased a 2013 JX35 from Infiniti of Omaha 2 years earlier. I was happy with my experience then, so I decided to give them a chance again. We had outgrown this vehicle and decided we needed to move to a QX80 or an Escalade. My wife and I decided the QX80 would be our preference if we could come to terms with the dealer. They were fair and fast with evaluating our vehicle. We were able to come to terms on the purchase of the new vehicle on the phone, since I am over 2 hours away. We setup to pickup the vehicle the day after Christmas, because I had that day off. Everything went fast and smooth. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

My husband and I were dreading the whole car shopping experience, but the entire team we worked with made it seamless. Everyone we worked with was professional and courteous, but also very personable. One thing that seems small, but I really appreciated was that they let us take the vehicle for a test drive without anyone going along. We were able to go through the vehicle and take some time to get familiar without the sales person looking over our shoulder. the purchase of my new Infinity QX60 I went to test drive a QX60, When the salesman came out he treated my Daughter, Daughter in-law and myself with such respect. I asked if I could go for a test drive and without hesitation he ran and got the keys, For the first time in all of my years of buying cars he let me test drive it without a salesman in the car. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal but to me it is, we wanted to be able to listen to the music loud and just feel as if we already owned it. Well in a few short hours we did. I have never been treated with such respect and kindness from a dealership ever.
