This is the third new vehicle I have bought/leased from Infiniti of Omaha. Each time I have been treated well and the process has been easy and timely. Jose Lopez is very knowledgeable and helpful. Drove 3 hours and stayed in a hotel to have my vehicle sit for over an hour before it ever moved. Then the issue was not resolved instead I’m told not to connect my phone to the car. That completely defea sit for over an hour before it ever moved. Then the issue was not resolved instead I’m told not to connect my phone to the car. That completely defeats the purpose of having a phone connection to the car or BT audio which are all car options. Not to mention that I can’t legally drive in my state not connected to my car via BT. I certainly won’t waste my time and money driving 3 hours back to get no resolution. More

Eguarder and AJ were very helpful throughout the process. When we returned to des moines Eguardo helped with changing the fob battery and resetting the blind spot warning. We really like the QX60.
