I purchased a 2011 Infiniti G37 Journey Sedan from Infiniti of Melbourne in July of 2011, the distance between my home and the dealership is about 180 Miles, I spoke to Brian Hubble few times before g Infiniti of Melbourne in July of 2011, the distance between my home and the dealership is about 180 Miles, I spoke to Brian Hubble few times before going to the dealership, made the deal on the car, right before I was leaving with the new car I decided to do a walk around, I saw 3 major scratches ,two on the fender and one on the door, I told my Brian if he would take care of this while I wait, brought the car back from the detail shop scratches were still visible, as per Brian if I could take the car to a body shop near where I live the company would take care of the expense, two days later I called and e mailed the estimate, per the body shop the fender and the door would need to be repainted due to the scratches being deep and the moldings would have to come out to properly do the paint work, told Brian to hurry up with the process so that I could get this done as soon as possible, per Brian he would get back to me, 3 days passed I called no one answered and I left a voice mail, called again after few days no one responded left a voice mail again, then the following Monday I contacted the manager, said he would tell Brian to call me back, waited 4 days never called, tried e mailing and calling again no answer in return, I went ahead and got the car fixed myself I really didn’t want to drive a Brand new car with scratches, called Brian again no answer left a voice message said in the voice mail Brian I got this done myself if you would please talk to your people and send me the check, Brian calls back says we were going to send our truck to pick up the car to bring it back to Melbourne so we can do the repair at our facility, per Brian the cost of the repair I paid was to much that the dealership would have done it in a half of the price, I told him you should have told me before when I had e mailed the estimate I went ahead and got it fixed myself car is, please send the check for the work performed, per Brian he would have to talk to his boss, said he would call me back, few days pass by did not receive any calls, then I called no one answered left a voice message called again after four days still no answer,I m still waiting for a phone call its been over a Month, from doing research this dealership also sells DEMO'S as New cars, hard to believe when you see new cars with 80 miles on the odometer, I would not do or recommend anyone doing business with this dealership and as far as the damage I guess I would have the take that loss. I have been a customer for over 5 years, I rely on my vehicle and drive many, many many thousands of miles a year. Every experience (I change my oil every 3,000 miles and that is about every month or so vehicle and drive many, many many thousands of miles a year. Every experience (I change my oil every 3,000 miles and that is about every month or so for me) has been great, Phil is a fairly new addition to the team and he has been excelent to work with. I am a busy professional and need to get in and out. In the short time Phil has been working with Laura I can see that he knows how to deal with people and balance getting the job done. He is friendly, direct and approachable. I can't say enough good things about the service team and techs. The infiniti team was progressive and able to put a tech in the service dept for a while (up front with customers), Jordan, and for me that was a great addition. I am fairly technical and having Jordan there was great when Laura was not able to answer the question, which to give her credit she is pretty darn good at the techy stuff. Having someone that can balance both is great, it allows the techs to keep working rather than stop what they are doing to run in and answer questions for the customers. You had someone right there who could translate. Anytime I hear someone is looking for a car I tell them they have to go see the team at Infiniti of Melbourne. More
I've been buying new cars for 3 decades & Laura (who works as a Customer Service Rep in the Service Dept) has ALWAYS provided the BEST customer service I've EVER had when dealing with ANY car dealership works as a Customer Service Rep in the Service Dept) has ALWAYS provided the BEST customer service I've EVER had when dealing with ANY car dealership. She's very professional, helpful, honest, courteous and knowledgeable and knows the Infiniti product in-depth. Laura is the main reason I'll continue doing business with Infiniti when my warranty expires next year. In my opinion, there's NO better "Lasting Impression" of an organization/company than the person who represents them in ANY customer service capacity. Laura ALWAYS goes "above & beyond" and has proven TIME & AGAIN to be without peer when it comes to providing OUTSTANDING customer service. She ALWAYS does her BEST to make sure customers are happy from inception to completion on ANY/ALL service related issues. As we're ALL aware, this is NO easy task in this day & age. If there's ever a service connected issue that needs to be explained in further detail, Laura speaks the TRUTH and NEVER shoots "from the hip" like so many OTHER car dealership service reps do. Laura is the BEST & is a definite asset to Infiniti of Melbourne. I personally believe Infinity of Melbourne would NOT have the OUTSTANDING reputation it has without Laura as their Customer Service Rep in the Service Dept. More

I HAVE HAD TWO BMW X3'S IN SIX YEARS. AFTER BEING WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER, I WAS DISMAYED WITH THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED FROM THEM. I had been shopping for a new SUV for a month, going to all the dealerships for test drives. None compared to the Infiniti!! It is true luxury and safety with lots of room for the 3 grandchildren.
